Renovation of a municipal facility in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The American Legion Post 395 therefore seeks bids for the project in a manner that complies with the purchasing procedures of the Municipality of Kingston Home Rule Charter. All bidders must comply with all regulations in place governing non-discrimination in employment and must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of their race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or provision of services. The project was financed by a grant from the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block grant program under the administration of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Community.
