Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Herriman, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Herriman City is seeking bids for the 6000 West Road Widening Phase 1 project. The scope of the project includes widening of 6000 West from Silver Sky to Herriman Blvd with 41 feet wide asphalt, new curb and gutter (~2,225 LF), sidewalk (~9,550 SF), parkstrip and associated landscape and irrigation improvements. The project also includes new 15 inch sewer,16 inch secondary waterline, and 24 inch storm drain main. SECTION NO. 932 A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held Wednesday, January 7th, 2025, at 3:00 pm at City Hall, and the Bid Opening will be Thursday January 22nd, 2026, at 3:00 pm at Herriman City Hall.
