Project Description / Scope of Work* Hart County Schools Transportation Facility & Hart County Schools Maintenance Facility & Hart County Schools JROTC Rifle & Archery Range Project may include, but not limited to (all information herein subject to change): 1. Transportation Facility The existing transportation facility located at 205 Campbell Drive, Hartwell GA, will need complete demolition and excavation of existing fuel pumps / tanks. A new facility will be erected at 3226 Bowman Hwy. Hartwell GA. The new transportation facility will have approximate dimensions of 110' x 110'. The facility will include four bus bays (drive-thru), office space, restrooms, break room, storage, outdoor wash bay, 2 in-floor lift jacks, 12 car parking spots, paved lot with 1-70 numbered bus lanes, fueling island, and signage on the outside of the building. 2. Maintenance Facility The existing maintenance shop located at 329 Fifth Street, Hartwell GA, will need complete demolition. A new maintenance facility will be erected at 3226 Bowman Hwy. Hartwell, GA. The new facility will have approximate dimensions of 50' x 150'. The facility will include a drive through bay with roll-up doors on each side. It will also include a restroom, office space for the maintenance director, break room, storage space, loading dock, shelving for storage of replacement parts, 5 parking spots, and signage on the outside of the building. 3. JROTC Rifle & Archery Range A new JROTC Rifle & Archery Range will be constructed at 329 Fifth Street, Hartwell GA. The facility will be approximately 75' x 75' and will include office space for the supervising Colonel, restrooms, canteen area for small concessions, storage, 15 lanes for GHSA sanctioned rifle and archery events, electronic scoring stations, two spectator viewing areas, and signage on the outside of the building. ** Scope of work is subject to change, as the budget dictates, including work to other buildings on campus.
