This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to have potential proposers provide construction services that will install a new wall where an existing wall is located. Each proposer will provide; 1) a cost to install the design provided by the structural engineer and, 2) provide, if recommended, a comparable wall system that will provide the same replacement intent. The RFP proposer will provide a proposal for the CMU wall design, provide the structural details regarding the recommended wall system, provide on the provide details on how the suggested walls system would lessen the impacts to the surrounding improvements, and provide previous projects and references in installing a CMU wall as described in the original design or the alternative design.
