The City may discuss with the selected Offeror options for a scope or time modification and any price change associated with such modification. The last day for questions from prospective Offerors is at 5:00 PM on Friday, April 28, 2023. The offers will be valid for One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Estimated construction cost is approximately $2,400,000.00. The Offeror will add a 7.5% Owners Contingency Allowance on a separate line item on the Proposal form and only the Owner will approve the use of this allowance during construction. Any Allowance remaining at the end of construction will be retained by the City of Fort Worth. This Allowance is not to be included in the Base Proposal and will not be used in the Best Value selection process. The Business Equity participation will be evaluated in awarding this Contract. The Business Equity goal is 16%. Offerors shall obtain a receipt from the appropriate department as evidence that the City received the documentation.
