1. The Contract Documents as enumerated herein form the Contract for construction. The Contract Documents are complementary, but not necessarily duplicate each other, and what is called for by any one shall be as binding as if called for by all. The intention of the Contract Documents is to include all construction, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary for the workmanlike construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for verification of all locations, dimensions and elevations in the field (including, but not limited to verification of location of Underground Facilities and utilities) and shall verify all field dimensions shown on the Contract Documents. Clearing and grading of existing sanitary sewer easements in wooded locations. Grade adjustment of existing sanitary sewer manholes by installing adjusting rings. Grade adjustment of one existing sanitary sewer manhole by installing a pre-cast concrete barrel section. Grade adjustment of existing valve pits in the Riss Lake Low Pressure Sewer (LPS) system by installing adjusting rings. Replacing existing castings (lids and frames) on gravity sewer manholes and LPS Valve Pits using non-metallic castings. Other related work including traffic signage, bypass flow handling, and surface restoration.
