Provide all materials and installation for a 30ft x 40ft metal storage building and concrete pad at Pierce County Middle School, 5216 County Farm Road, Blackshear, GA 31516 Building shall meet code requirements as specified by MBS/IBC 2012 for Pierce Co., Blackshear Ga. 31516 Building size: 30'x40'x10' eave gable with 1/12 roof pitch includes: 26ga. Galvalume R panel roof sheets 26ga. Standard Color R panel wall sheets (owner will choose color) Gutters and downspouts One endwall open to roof and to tie in to existing 30 x 40 metal building on site. Opposite endwall fully sheeted with one 8'x8' roll-up door Both sidewalls fully sheeted. Walkthrough door on one side. Three inch VRR insulation in roof and walls of metal building Interior walls to have sheeting up to 8 foot high to match existing. Form and install 24'x36'x4" 3,000psi concrete slab. Anchor bolts to be set in concrete slab The Pierce County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any or all products covered in this Bid and to waive informalities or defects in submissions to accept such Bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board.
