Coppell Independent School District (CISD) will receive sealed bids for Construction Related Professional Services (RFQ #110-23) by electronic submission via CISD’s eBid system. Interested respondents must register and submit responses . Questions regarding the RFQ should also be submitted through eBid portal. For general questions, call 214-496-8055. Coppell ISD is seeking qualifications for construction related professional services to include Architectural, MEP Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical, Materials Testing, Kitchen Design, Roofing, Technology, Security, Landscaping, Asbestos, Facility Planning, Programming, Design, Construction Administration, and Project Management services. Project scope includes a 32,000 sq. ft. fine arts rehearsal building and 10,000 sq. ft. tennis center locker rooms to be located on the existing Coppell High School site; renovation and additions to three elementary footprint campuses; 10,000 sq. ft. addition to Coppell Middle School North fine arts; and other projects listed in the following table. Additional projects may be added to this award at a later date. Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBid portal no later than 2:00 p.m. CST on April 26, 2023. There is no intent to hood a pre-bid meeting. Any and all professional services providers are welcome to respond with their qualifications for architectural, engineering, and/or consulting professional services as described in the RFQ.
