**As of July 28, 2023, project was awarded to Gomez Floor Covering. but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Coppell is accepting bids for Carpet Replacement The City of Coppell is currently seeking bids on the replacement of all carpet and associated cove base currently in 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas. The bid will be all inclusive for material and installation including the moving of and setting back in place all furniture. Work hours will be Monday through Friday after 6 pm until 5 am the following morning. Vendor may work at any time on Saturdays and Sunday with the work ceasing by 5 am Monday mornings. There will be no work done on the days of City Council and other specific meetings that may occur. A schedule of meetings will be provided to the successful vendor. The attached drawings are to show the location and general scope of the project but are not to be considered as an accurate measurement of the total square footage or exact location of the carpet. Actual locations will be shown to the bidding vendors on the mandatory pre-bid walk through. The vendor will be responsible for their own takeoff quantities. This bid will be awarded on best value. The materials to be bid upon and used in this project are as follows, with no substitutions allowed at time of bid.
