The Honeywell-Vindicator Certified contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials and equipment to perform various services on the Davis-Monthan AFB Integrated Defense System. Davis-Montha (DM) Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Upgrade- Job 1; Building 12 & 70 (Rooms 116, 119, 125, & 104) DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, and equipment to install, program and test Honeywell-Vindicator V5 Integrated Access Control components allowing electronic card access as a subsystem to the Vindicator V5 Intrusion Detection System (IDS). Components shall be installed and configured in four secure rooms; Building 12, Rooms 116, 119, and 125 and Building 70 Room 104 on Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB). Honeywell Badge Manager and Enrollment System to control all rooms, create and assign access cards and manage readers/doors shall be installed in Building 70 Room 104 on DMAFB. The system components, installation and design must comply with HQ USAF NonNuclear Intrusion Detection System Equipment Approval memorandum, most current copy. The entire system shall be integrated with existing Vindicator base instruction detection system (IDS), with head unit in Building 1358 on DMAFB to allow ACCESS/SECURE IDS operation. Work shall be scheduled through 12 AF (AFSOUTH) Special Security Office (SSO) (520) 228- 5278 or (520) 228-0721 and 355 Security Forces Electronic Systems Security at (520) 228-3245. Job 2; Building 75 (Room 139) - DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials and equipment to install, program and test Honeywell-Vindicator V5 Integrated Access Control components allowing electronic card access as a subsystem to the Vindicator V5 Intrusion Detection System (IDS). Components shall be installed and configured in building 75 on DavisMonthan AFB (DMAFB). Honeywell Badge Manager and Enrollment System to control all rooms, create and assign access cards and manage readers/doors shall be installed in Building 75 Room 139 on DMAFB. In addition Contractor will provide, install and test eight HSS II and six motion devices to replace aged components on one primary and three emergency exit doors. All system components, installation and design must comply with HQ USAF Non-Nuclear Intrusion Detection System Equipment Approval memorandum, most current copy. The entire system shall be integrated with existing Vindicator base instruction detection system (IDS), with head unit in Building 1358 on DMAFB to allow ACCESS/SECURE IDS operation. Job 3; Building 5600 - Description of Services. A Honeywell-Vindicator certified contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items needed for the installation and integration of an Access Control System (ACS) and new vault access door for the 357th Fighter Squadron (357 FS), Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), AZ in accordance with this performance work statement, any attached appendices, manufacturer standards, applicable U.S. laws, commercial standards, business practices, and Government standards and regulations.
