Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in New Martinsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Work includes demolition & construction of new porch deck system, demolition & construction of new stair section, demolition of basement entrance on North side of porch, new perimeter porch railing, handrails & exterior carpet at main entrance of the Wetzel County Courthouse. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the Owner will have the option to be rebid the project. Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier s check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
