Project is no longer needed.** West Virginia Gold Star Mothers Memorial The Work includes: The gold star memorial work includes grading, fill, sidewalk, storm drain, and lining of the ditch with stone. Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 5% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all bids.
