The Wetzel County Solid Waste Authority is Accepting Sealed Bids for the Demolition of the Property Located at 238 North Street, New Martinsville, West Virginia 26155. The Project Includes the Demolition of the Two-story Building, Plus Additional Attached Structures. Building Removal and Proof of Proper Disposal of All Debris, Removal of All Trees and Foliage, and Notification of All Necessary Adjoining Properties, Securing of the Site Along With Filling With Approved Material, Grading and Seeding and or Graveling of the Site as Specified in the Bid Package. The Wcswa Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, to Negotiate With the Lowest Qualified Bidder and to Waive Any Informality in a Bid or to Reject an Informal Bid if Necessary.
