Bid forms and documents setting out the conditions to be met or known are available in the Quebec government's electronic tendering system. Documentation can be found by consulting the website or by contacting a representative at 1 866 669-7326. The documents can be obtained according to the cost established by them. Only bids from companies having an establishment in Quebec or those having a business establishment in Ontario will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract, all in accordance with the agreement on the release of public markets in Quebec and the Ontario and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-11). The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders and reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract. The Municipality cannot be the subject of any lawsuit or claim for costs, losses or damages suffered as a result of such decisions.
