1. Installation of approximately 60 LF of 72" R.C. Pipe Culvert, Class III
2. Excavation and removal of approximately 60 LF of existing pipe in preparation for new pipe installation
3. Installation of approximately 5 TN of asphalt concrete surface course, Type S 9.5 C
The party submitting a bid is solely responsible for delivery of the bid at the specified location prior to the deadline for receipt of bids.

Work included: As described in NCDOT QMS, and Supplementary Specifications and other work
incidental to this Item. This line item shall include furnishing of adequate temporary restroom
facilities for contractors and their subcontractors to use on site. Not to exceed 5% of total bid.
B. Payment: Lump Sum price.
C. Single mobilization is preferred for all work specified in this form.
D. Contractor must provide the Town a minimum of 72 business hours' notice prior to work being
performed on any roadway. A pre-construction meeting is required. This stormwater replacement project shall consist of replacing approximately 60 linear
feet of corrugated metal pipe with reinforced concrete pipe. Project shall include
associated grading and pavement repair.
Contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials and traffic control.
