Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,950-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Questions received through May 25, 2023. Questions received after May 25, 2023, at 5:00 p.m Each bid must be made by a contractor licensed in Tennessee and be accompanied by a 5% Bid Guarantee. The successful bidder must execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% each of the Contract Price and meet the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project, which is 28%. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this Request for Bids in whole or in part; to waive any informalities, technicalities, or omissions related to this Request for Bids; and to reject responses on any other basis authorized by the Authority's purchasing policies. This project is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee.
