Include removal of existing communications tower, and installation of a new contractor-provided tower including tower foundation, ice bridge, electrical grounding loop, and general site work. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference prevailing local time, at Keller Associates' office at 305 N. 3rd Ave. Suite A Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Bidders are encouraged to attend. One set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $50.00.
