Remodeling of a medical facility in Blackfoot, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Repairs and renovations to the showers and toilet rooms in the PTF Building, Wings A & B. Work to include, re-sloping existing showers to mitigate the spread of water along the floor surface, replacing existing floor and wall finishes, replacing/relocating supply and exhaust air within the bathrooms, mitigate moisture in wet wall of restrooms and adjacent spaces, replacing toilets in Wing A, and replacing existing door hardware in bathrooms in both wings. Estimated Cost: $277,370 There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference for this project. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
