This contract is for the procurement, installation and programming of CCTV system equipment. The contractor shall accomplish the installation of new CCTV system equipment and perform all programming as required for all digital component or system. The minimum requirement includes a system with a total of six 4K cameras with four inside and outside with a microphone on the inside and on the outside of the pick-up window. The cameras should feed into a 22" LED monitor with VGA HDMI connections and all cables will go back to the main building and connect to the new NVR (16-64CH BLKJK BLT 12TB LX); viewing monitor. The system should allow for the end user to download footage onto a disc as needed and should hold 30 days worth of footage. The contract also requires for the removal and disposal of existing CCTV system equipment as required or if needed for NMRTU Little Creek, Boone Refill Pharmacy 1035 Nider Blvd Building #100 Virginia Beach, Virginia 23459. This contract requires fully operational equipment and systems that meets the government requirements and interface with existing government provided equipment. All equipment must be Trades Agreement Act (TAA) compliant. The contract requires a system design/drawing that will include any changes, recommendations, wiring, with the new installation. All components or equipment installed must be new and fully operational prior to government testing and acceptance. This contract requires operational training for staff members at installation location. No refurbished equipment will be used for this installation. A one-year equipment replacement warranty is required for all newly installed equipment.
