The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), Southwest Fisheries Science Center (SWFSC) has a requirement to update the Security Access Control Panel for the SWFSC facility. Currently SWFSC uses the Software House C-Cure 9000 system, which requires the vendor to pre-configure, install, program, final terminate, and upgrade the existing iSTAR Pro panels to iSTAR Ultra. The C-CURE software will need to be updated to reflect the new panel types. The upgraded security system will provide oversite for monitoring activities and on personnel and visitors accessing the facilities. The contractor shall provide C-Cure certified technicians, equipment, and materials necessary for the complete replacement of existing facility access control iSTAR Pro panels to iSTAR Ultra, associated security system components, and software reprogramming.
