Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stoneboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 5, 2023, project was awarded to Maker Construction Corp, awarded amount is $499,950.00.** Scope- Sidewalk replacement, ADA ramp construction, drainage replacement and associated pavement improvements for municipal roadways at various locations within the Borough of Stoneboro. Work will also include restoring all disturbed areas to original condition. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. Funding for this project is in part provided by a Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant Contract No. C000076365 and No. C000081938. The Borough of Stoneboro reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough of Stoneboro, and to reject any or all proposals. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/1/2023 4:00 PM The Work will be substantially complete on or before September 1, 2023, Final completion- on or before October 1, 2023.
