Demolition includes: Electrical, HVAC, flooring, etc. Contractor is responsible for disposal of all old materials. See documents from ORW for all specifics New elements include: New walls, ceiling, paint, carpet, casework, doors, windows, sound insulation, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. Approximate Start Date: July, 2023 Approximate Completion Date: September 2023 Each bidder must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. All bids are subject to the applicable requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A, 279B, 279C and 701, and the regulations of the Jackson County Facility Maintenance. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, and in the form prescribed in the Instruction to Bidders, must accompany each bid. Bid security of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned or refunded as and when provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Agency will not receive or consider a bid unless the proposer is registered in good standing with the Construction Contractors Board as required by statute *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
