The City of Maricopa has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and will accept bids for Construction Services for Edwards Ave Fencing Improvements from qualified firms or individuals with a minimum of a B-2 commercial license as registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services: Base Bid consists of constructing approximately 780 lineal feet of 6 foot high decorative residential pre-cast concrete wall and the Bid Alternate consists of constructing approximately 282 lineal feet of 6 foot high decorative residential pre-cast concrete wall.The City of Maricopa reserves the right to cancel this invitation, and/or to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality in any bid. Each Bid should be submitted on the Bid and Bid Alternate Schedules. No submittals will be accepted after the above noted deadline. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the City's project known as the Edwards Avenue Fencing Improvements for the City of Maricopa, Arizona as identified in the plan set, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
