Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Maricopa, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Notice is hereby given that Maricopa County (County) is conducting this invitation for Formal Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the work described herein. The project consists of pre-construction and construction management for a multi-phase project located at the County Downtown Complex, between 1st Ave and 3rd Ave from Jefferson St to Jackson St. Project will include construction, demolition and renovation of plaza spaces, adjacent interior and exterior buildings spaces, connections between buildings, improvements to right-of-ways, utilities, landscaping, signage, temporary facilities, and other potential enabling projects. Project logistics will need to be well coordinated for construction and demolition in and around actively occupied buildings. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract. The construction budget range is approximately $16,000,000.00-$17,000,000.00 No Pre-Proposal conference is scheduled under this procurement. No Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled under this procurement, however a non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
