Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maricopa, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the City's project known as GARVEY AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 1 for the City of Maricopa, Arizona as identified in the plan set, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; The project consists of constructing approximately 1970 lineal feet of new roadway including pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, shared use path, street lighting, driveways, drainage features and landscaping and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Project Plan Set (Attachment G). The City of Maricopa will accept bids for Construction Services for the scope of services identified from qualified firms or individuals with a minimum of a Class A General Engineering license as registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Contractor and subcontractors shall maintain in current status all Federal, State, and Local licenses and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by the Contractor as applicable to the contract.
