Type of Award:Lump Sum We are seeking bids to remove dead or damaged trees from City property which has limited access or must traverse through private property to the job site or is within the public Right-of-Way where lane closure and directional traffic control would be utilized. License Requirements: Business License and C-61/D-49 Contractors License Impact on private property is a priority. Each site is a separate bid. Site 1: 3000 Hilltop Drive at Shane Drive, Richmond, CA 94806 Remove fallen tree log of Eucalyptus, resulting from Storm of March 14, 2023 Tree log is blocking bicycle lane and sidewalk. Cut up and dispose of all wood at site. Site 2: Nicholl Park, 3230 Macdonald Ave., Richmond CA 94804 32 mature Eucalyptus trees along the Southern Park border with BART rail line. Remove 16 trees to grade. Trim 16 trees for crown reduction, crown cleaning, and selective limb removal, clearing any interference with the BART ROW. All trees are marked according to the work required. Access to trees will be from Parkside only. Dispose of all wood debris from site.
