The Village of Addison reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and or reject part(s) of any or all bids which it deems advantageous. The Village of Addison is seeking bids in performing all operations in connection with the purchase, delivery and erection of a 60' wide by 108' deep Hi-Arch Gambrel (barn style) salt storage building. The building is to be installed on a 12' high above grade reinforced concrete retaining wall, complete with a 20W X 30'H access entryway. The salt storage building shall be erected on an asphalt pad (as specified elsewhere). Pad shall be in place at the selected location by the Village prior to construction of the building. The intent of these specifications is to describe a 60' wide by 108' deep Hi-Arch Gambrel (barn style) salt storage building. Designed and constructed at the Village of Addison Public Works Facility located at 1491 Jeffrey Dr. Addison, Illinois 60101. The completion date for this project is no later than October 1st 2023. The Village reserves the right to (i) reject all bids; (ii) reject only certain bids which are non-conforming or non-responsive to bid requirements; (iii)accept only a portition, part of specific items of work of all reject others, as the village shall in its sole discretion determine to be in its best interest; and|or All bids must be accompanied by a bid surety in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid
