Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Addison, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a 39,850-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This is an Illinois Prevailing Wage Project for Concrete Construction work Each bidder shall carefully examine all Contract Documents and all Addenda thereto and shall thoroughly familiarize himself with the detailed requirements thereof prior to submitting a bid. Should a bidder find discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from documents, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he shall at once, and in any event not later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid due date, notify the Purchasing Agent, who will, if necessary, send written Addenda to all bidders of record. The Village will not be responsible for any oral instructions. All inquiries shall be directed to the Purchasing Agent, Anna Hendrey, 630-693-7507 or ahendrey@addisonil.org. After bids are received, no allowance will be made for oversight by the bidder AMOUNT OF WORK This project will consist of approximately 39,000 sq. ft. of P.C.C. sidewalk, approximately 850sq.ft. of ADA sidewalk ramps and approximately 150 linear feet of curb and gutter. Work will be located in various subdivisions throughoutthe community. There may be approximately 190 various locations throughout the Village. All sidewalk, curb and gutter, and access ramps shall, at a minimum, meet all requirements of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).
