Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Addison, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replacement of water main and appurtenances, replacing the existing sanitary sewer, installation of a new separate storm sewer and pavement replacement and resurfacing. Additionally, reconnecting water services and sewer services, abandoning existing water main, installation of drainage structures, various sidewalk, driveway, and curb and gutter replacement, pavement markings, and restoration of all affected areas throughout the jobsite. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid.The successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract sum as a security for the faithful performance of this Contract, and a Labor and Mechanical Payment Bond in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract sum as a security for the payment of all persons performing labor on the Project under this Contract and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract. The Village of Addison reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive minor irregularities in any bid.
