The Village of Addison is soliciting bids to mill, resurface and restripe the Public Works parking lot located at 1491 Jeffrey Drive. The area to be milled and resurfaced is approximately 45,000 square feet. The Village of Addison reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and or reject part(s) of any or all bids which it deems advantageous. Remaining asphalt surface must be thoroughly cleaned before applying a liquid asphalt tack coat Once tack has cured, or within two days ofwhen tack was applied, an asphalt leveling course isto be machine applied at an average ofa 16 inch thickness, followed by machine applied 1-1/2 inches compacted hot mix asphalt surface course. Successful bidder shall supply all labor and materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete this work and to restripe as per existing layout.
