Renovation of an educational facility in Rankin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the additional expansion and renovation work to the Rankin ISD Vo-Ag Building located at 412 12th Ave Rankin, TX 79778. The types of submittal requirements specified in this section include shop drawings, product data, samples and miscellaneous work-related submittals. Individual submittal requirements are specified in applicable sections for each unit of work. Refer to other Division-1 sections and other contract documents for requirements of administrative submittals. Electronic (Autocad) files may be obtained by the successful bidders upon receiving the signed release form and payment of $200.00 per each drawing file requested, payable to the architect or engineer. Autocad files will not be made available for the bidding purposes. Construction Budget: $500,000
