Site work for a water / sewer project in Rankin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
New waterline to replace an existing line along North Upton Street. The improvements will consist of approximately 1,857 linear feet of 6" water main, valves, related surface repair and service connections, tie-ins and all associated appurtenances. Alternate bid includes asphalt pavement repair. Contract Time: The work to be performed under this contract shall commence within the time stipulated by the City/County in the Notice to Proceed and shall be fully completed within 60 calendar days thereafter. Liquidated Damages: $500 for each calendar day that expires beyond contract time Retainage: 10% retainage payable upon final completion of the project.
