Fresno Housing (FH) is requesting bids by licensed C21, or equivalent, demolition contractors, certified for demolition and proper disposal of materials. The building to be demolished is located at 1302 N Fulton Street, Fresno, CA 93721, is a single- story masonry structure. It consists of 22,350 square feet of interior space. The bids shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the project. (Except as otherwise stated with the attached Specifications, set forth in the General Scope of Work, and in a condition acceptable to the Housing Authority). Bidders will be required to submit bids for construction project, which require the payment of state prevailing wages/prevailing wages, certified payroll, and an assurance of completion will be required as a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100% of the contract price.
