The City of Fresno in its capacity as Housing Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency is seeking proposals from qualified developers to purchase and redevelop property located at 887 Fulton Street, Fresno, CA 93721 (APN 468-282-21T) into a mixed-income, mixed-use development that includes affordable and market rate housing along with ground floor retail, office, or entertainment uses. A Purchase/Sale and Development Agreement will be negotiated and entered into between the successful Proposer and the Agency. The property has been determined by Council to be surplus and subject to the Surplus Land Act (SLA) (Gov. Code 54220-54234) and Fresno Municipal Code Section 4-204. RFP Close date is Monday, June 19, 2023.
