Respondent's questions due April 19, 2023, 5:00 PM CT The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced respondents for Audio/Visual Services for the Texas Rising Star Early Educators Conference (TRSEEC) to be held in Dallas, Texas, at the Sheraton on July 6, 2023, (setup day) through July 8, 2023. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the requirements contained in this RFP. Services set forth that contain the words "must" or "shall" are mandatory and must be provided as specified with no alteration, modification, or exception. STATEMENT OF WORK The successful respondent selected by TWC in accordance with the requirements and specifications set forth in this RFP will be issued a purchase order. The successful respondent will provide Audio/Visual (AV) equipment and services for all session rooms, and technician staff to support AV needs within the session rooms and run lighting within the main ballroom for the duration of the conference.
