As of August 1, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Replacement of approximately 1,075 LF of 8-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along Emerald Avenue between Byram Street and Butter Lane, within Exeter and Lower Alsace Townships, Berks County, PA. The Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents online.
