The Cadillac-Manistee Fire Warehouse acquisition and selection are being conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Parts 15 and FAR Part 36. The Cadillac-Manistee Fire Warehouse project is to build a warehouse structure. The proposed project address is 1170 Nursery Road, Wellston, MI. The site is thirty miles west of the intersection of M-37 and M-55. The project is expected to before 8/1/2023.
