The School District of Greenville County (SDGC) invites interested and responsible firms to submit SEALED BIDS to furnish and deliver Automotive Equipment and Related Supplies in accordance with a Percentage Discount Program throughout the District as required on an as-needed basis. Multiple firms may be awarded. The equipment and supplies shall be provided in accordance with all terms, conditions and requirements referenced in this solicitation. This program is for the purchase of Automotive Equipment and Related Supplies that encompasses a broad spectrum of items. For a sample listing of some of the items that may be ordered, the Program Specifications should be consulted and are contained in this solicitation. The contract term resulting from this solicitation will be for one (1) base year with the option to renew annually for each of four (4) additional one-year periods if agreed to by the successful bidder(s) and the District. The total program is anticipated to be in effect for five (5) years. Questions or comments regarding this solicitation document or the process shall be forwarded, in writing, to both Ms. Tonya A.
