Contractor will provide all equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and supervision needed to repair/restore/refinish approximately 4680 sq ft of hard wood flooring. Refinish hard wood flooring in Auditorium and remove existing padded GYM floor and install same style of flooring in GYM with a basketball court inlay. Contractor to supply all necessary transportation, tools, equipment, material and labor to; 1. Refinish 4680 sq ft of hard wood flooring at 11 Redwood (Auditorium). Contractor to refinish by remove existing finish, by means of stripping or waxing whichever will NOT harm wood floor then use a hard semigloss clear finish. 2. Remove existing padded gymnasium flooring at the GYM and install same style and make floor with a basketball court inlay according to dimensions indicated on plan. a five (5) percent preference will be granted to bidders properly certified as a California Small Business (SB), Microbusiness (MB), or Non-Small Business (NSB) with a Small Business subcontracting for a minimal of 25% of the bid amount.
