The City of Porterville is seeking proposals for professional services from qualified and licensed professionals to provide skatepark improvements for the City's Skatepark. The City intends to select one (1) qualified professional to provide full-service materials and installation for the replacement of existing dirt portions of the skatepark with new elements for the public to enjoy. Questions regarding this request for proposal are due no later than Friday, August 11, 2023, and must be submitted through the Public Purchase website. The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and no firm/individual will be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, handicap, gender, religion or sexual orientation in any consideration leading to the award of contract.
