Renovation of a municipal facility in Milford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Delaware Valley School District will receive sealed bids for Miscellaneous 2023 Renovations. Project has the following separate prime construction contracts: -Site Construction -Plumbing Construction -Flooring Construction The project consists of, but is not limited to, wood stage floor replacement, concrete walk and stair replacement, paving replacement and replacement of a domestic water storage tank. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Delaware Valley School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidding/Contract The Bidder is responsible to obtain a complete set of Bidding/Contract Documents and verify that they have received all addenda issued. If the Bidder obtains Bidding/Contract Documents from any source other than BDA, the Architect/Owner will not be held responsible for incomplete or missing documents. All requests for Bid Documents shall include the following information: 1. Which contracts bidding. 2. Email address for Bidding/Contract Document and addenda purposes. Site Construction - Pioneer Construction Company, Inc. $240,415.00 Plumbing Construction - L.H.Reed and Sons, Inc. $122,930.00 Flooring Construction - D & M Construction Unlimited $116,000.00
