A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are invited by the County Administrative Office/Purchasing Agent of Humboldt County, a public body, corporate and politic, for the performance of all the work and the furnishing of all the labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for the following project: Auditor-Controller ADA Modification and Tenant Improvement Project Pursuant to the Contract Documents on file with the County Administrative Office of Humboldt County. Business Hours: M-F 8 am-5 pm closed 12 pm-1 pm Plans and Specifications and other Contract Document forms will be available for examination at the County Administrative Office, Room 112, 825 5th Street, Eureka, CA, Phone: (707) 445-7266. Provide all supervision, personnel, instruments, calibration, equipment, and all other materials necessary to perform balancing and testing, and compile test data including calculations and services necessary for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems for this project, all in accordance with the project Drawings and Specifications and as specified herein. 1.2 GENERAL A. Mechanical Contractor will employ a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Agency that is certified by Associated Air Balancing Council (AABC), National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB), or Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau (TABB). B. The TAB Agency shall be responsible for inspecting, balancing, adjusting, testing, and logging the data of the performance of fans, all dampers in the duct systems, all air distribution devices, and the flows of water through all coils
