The County is issuing this request for Qualifications (RFQ) to retain an experienced and qualified consulting firm and/or individuals to provide on-call professional real property and right-of-way services for various state and federally funded roadway construction projects. The primary scope of the project is the preparation of appraisals and the acquisition of right of way associated with roadway projects. Requests for clarification or correction and any other questions pertaining to this RFQ must be received by the County before 5:00 p.m. PST on June 23, 2023. All responses to such requests for clarification or correction and written questions shall be issued by the County on or before June 28, 2023. Consultants shall be responsible for meeting all of the requirements and conditions set forth in this RFQ.
