Renovation of a municipal facility in Eureka, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary for the maintenance, installation, and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Ice Maker, Refrigerator Systems, ice maker water filters, mini-split systems, refrigerators, and heating/air conditioning types of equipment at various Caltrans Maintenance Stations (MS) and Caltrans Safety Roadside Rest Areas (SRRA) in District 01 for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) as described herein. This Agreement requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds 15,000.If the total bid amount is under 15,000, then Prevailing Wage language will be removed prior to award. Refer to Attachment 8, Proposed Form of Agreement, for requirement details. ADM-1412 - Bid Proposal The total bid proposal for this Agreement must not exceed $388,000.00. A bid proposal over $388,000.00 will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. Prior to commencement of work under this Service Request, Contractor shall submit a Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the total Service Request price, if the Service Request price exceeds $25,000. Proposed Award Date (estimate) October 17, 2023 Caltrans reserves the right to reject all bids for reasonable cause.
