The RM of Vanscoy No.345 is requesting tenders from qualified contractors for a one (1) year contract to supply possibly haul gravel starting in Fall 2023- Spring 2024. 1.supply 25,000 tonnes (approximately 20,000 cu. yards) of spec 108 road gravel, price off belt 2.Hauling 25,000 tonnes (approximately 20,000 cu. yards) price per tonne per loaded mile include any fuel surcharge if applicable or flat per hour haul rate For more information, please contact Scott Loewen, Superintendent at 306-281-7571 All gravel must be ready to haul by November 30, 2023. Hauling will be done in conjunction with the RM, for more hauling details call the Superintendent. Lowest or any quote may not necessarily be accepted. Council reserves the right to reject any and all Tenders. Tenders will be reviewed by Council at the Regular Meeting on May 11,, 2023 at 9: 30am.
