The Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Rural Municipality of Vanscoy No. 345 to prospective proponents to submit to design and construct a new raw water facility with the option to add an addition for future expansion of a fire hall located at Parcel A NW 20-35-07 W3 Vanscoy SK. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to inform potential proponents of an opportunity and to permit them to submit proposals. It is expected that proponents will submit their own design for a new raw water facility including an option for future expansion of a fire hall. A project manager will be available to oversee the work of the contractors, in addition to directing all aspects of the Scope of Work identified in this RFP. The site for the construction of the raw water facility is on the grounds of the existing facility at Parcel A NW 20-35-07 W3.
