Gravel Supply and Hauling - 3-Year Contract (2025-2027) The RM of Vanscoy No. 345 is inviting tenders from qualified contractors for a three (3) year contract to supply and potentially haul gravel for municipal roadwork projects. Supply Requirements (Off Belt Pricing): o Fall 2025: 13,000 tonnes (approx. 10,000 cubic yards) - 108 Specification Road Gravel o 2026: 30,000 tonnes (approx. 25,000 cubic yards) - 108 Specification Road Gravel o 2027: 30,000 tonnes (approx. 25,000 cubic yards) - 108 Specification Road Gravel Hauling will be coordinated in conjunction with the RM. For further details on hauling expectations, please contact the RM Superintendent. Optional Hauling Requirements (If Applicable): Please include either: o Price per tonne per loaded kilometre (including any fuel surcharges if applicable), or o Flat hourly hauling rate. o Fall 2025: 13,000 tonnes (approx. 10,000 cubic yards) o 2026: 30,000 tonnes (approx. 25,000 cubic yards) o 2027: 30,000 tonnes (approx. 25,000 cubic yards) Note: All gravel will be hauled to SE 26-35-08 W3 (Pit 9) Please be advised that the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
