Site work and paving for a road / highway in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals for the 2023 Road Improvement Program. All Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Standards and Specifications Will Prevail Over All Standards and Specifications Included in This Contract. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: A. 290 Tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair B. 36,715 SY of Milling C. 40,115 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay D. Required Line Work E. Incidental Work The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are to be used during this contract. Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township. All questions must be answered and the date given must be clear and comprehensive
