Installation and maintenance of landscape materials including seed, plugs, shrubs and trees at Glenolden Community Park in Glenolden Borough, including all work and materials incidental thereto. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates (for projects over $25,000), various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Eastern Delaware County Stormwater Collaborative The Collaborative reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informality in the bids, as they deem for the best interest of the Collaborative.
