Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Renovating the group restrooms at the front of the gym. Demolition of all plumbing fixtures, partitions, mob sink, etc. All MEP work will be done within A102. Interior painting, new toilet partitions, urinal screens, toilet paper dispenser, grab bars, soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, warm air dryer. Install two Instantaneous Electric Hot Water Heaters, two urinals, three toilets, two wall mounted sinks, two sidewall exhaust and lighting. Install new ceramic tile and base. Alternate scope of work is replacing the sink, toilets, toilet partitions and toilet paper dispenser in the annex building group restrooms. B. Contractor to schedule his work in accordance with all noise ordinances per the authority having jurisdiction. C. Contractor shall provide a letter accepting all project conditions prior to commencing work. D. Contractor shall provide a project specific safety plan prior to mobilization.
